1. Free plan
The Veliqo Free plan is — and always will be — free. There’s nothing to refund. You can stop using the service at any time, or delete your account from Settings.
2. Paid plans (Pro & Team)
Paid plans renew automatically on a monthly or annual cycle. When you cancel from the billing portal, your subscription stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, then drops to Free. You will not be charged again.
3. 14-day satisfaction window
If you’ve just upgraded to Pro or Team and decide it’s not for you within 14 calendar days of the first charge, email support@veliqo.net and we’ll refund the full amount, no questions asked.
This applies to your first paid period on a given plan. It does not apply to subsequent renewals — those are covered by the standard refund rules below.
4. Renewals
By default we do not refund partial periods. If a renewal charged you unexpectedly, reach out within 7 days of the charge and we’ll usually issue a full refund and downgrade your account.
To avoid an unwanted renewal:
- Open Settings
- Click Manage subscription — this opens our payment provider’s billing portal
- Click Cancel subscription
5. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we’ll show a notice in the app and email you. We retry for a few days. If we still can’t collect, your account is automatically downgraded to Free — no extra charges, no penalty.
6. Service interruptions
If Veliqo is materially unavailable for an extended period due to our fault, contact support@veliqo.net and we’ll credit your account or refund the affected period at our reasonable discretion.
7. How refunds are processed
All payments on Veliqo are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. When we approve a refund, Paddle issues it back to the original payment method. Most refunds land within 5–10 business days, though some banks take longer.
Paddle’s receipts and invoices remain available in the billing portal even after a refund.
8. Chargebacks
Please email us before initiating a chargeback. Almost every billing question can be resolved faster (and without fees) by talking to us directly. Repeated unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension.
9. Exceptions
- Add-ons or one-time purchases that have been fully consumed are non-refundable.
- Refunds are not available for accounts terminated for breaching our Terms of Service.
- Local consumer-protection laws may grant you additional rights — those always take precedence over this policy.
